- Sale Starts, Product Sale Kickoff Meeting: August 2nd
- Show and Sell Orders due: August 11th
- Show and Sell Distribution: August 26th
- All Product Orders / Fill it Up Due: October 18th
- Product Distribution November 4th
- All Product money due to council by November 18th; base commission drops to 20% if payments are received after this date, no exceptions

Placing Your Orders
Order for the Show and Sell (distribution date August 26th) can be placed using the Whitley’s Peanuts Order Form (for Peanut Products) or using the online tool at https://www.trails-end.com (for Popcorn Products). To register an account, use this link.
Orders for the Take Order portion of the 2021 Fall Product Sale will be placed in similar fashion; more information will be available closer to the second distribution date (November 4th).
Additional orders can be placed throughout the Show and Sell Period using the Additional Product Order Form, which is used for both Trail’s End and Whitley’s products.
