- Fill-it-Up Deadline: October 21st
- All Product Orders Due: October 21st
- Sale end date: October 21st
- Product Delivery and Sorting/Distribution: November 7th
- Product Distribution: November 8th
- All Product money due to council: November 27th
- All Prize Orders Due: November 27th
- FINAL date to submit Unit Commission requests: December 6th

Placing Your Orders
Order for the Show and Sell (distribution date August 22nd) can be placed using the Whitley’s Peanuts Order Form (for Peanut Products) or using the online tool at https://www.trails-end.com (for Popcorn Products). To register an account, use this link.
Orders for the Take Order portion of the 2019 Fall Product Sale will be placed in similar fashion; more information will be available closer to the second distribution date (November 7th and 8th).
Additional orders can be placed throughout the Show and Sell Period using the Additional Product Order Form, which is used for both Trail’s End and Whitley’s products.
